Ingredients:
• 1 packet – wonton wrapper
• For filling:
• 1 tbsp – freshly grated Ginger
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped Spring onion
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1 – Egg
• salt as per taste
• Oil for deep frying
• 2 cup – finely minced shrimps
• 1 cup – minced, cooked crabmeat
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
- Place 1/2 tbsp of filling at the centre of each wrapper.
- Press the edges of wrapper so the filling is enclosed and a small packet is formed.
- Heat oil. Deep fry the wontons till golden brown.
- Serve hot with soy sauce.
