Ingredients:
• 250g – Mushrooms
• 50g – Green peas
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 8 slices – sandwich bread
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt, to taste
Method:
- Chop onions and mushrooms. Boil green peas.
- Add oil in a kadai and add the onions and saute for a minute.
- Then add mushrooms, green peas and cook for some time.
- Now add salt, garam masala, chilli powder and stir till cooked. Keep aside.
- Toast the bread slices. Spread the filling on the bread slices.
- Toast it in a sandwich maker.
