Ingredients:

• 250g – Mushrooms
• 50g – Green peas
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 8 slices – sandwich bread
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt, to taste

Method:

  1. Chop onions and mushrooms. Boil green peas.
  2. Add oil in a kadai and add the onions and saute for a minute.
  3. Then add mushrooms, green peas and cook for some time.
  4. Now add salt, garam masala, chilli powder and stir till cooked. Keep aside.
  5. Toast the bread slices. Spread the filling on the bread slices.
  6. Toast it in a sandwich maker.
