Ingredients:
• 400 g – spaghetti
• 1 cup – boiled Green peas
• 1 cup – ground cheese
• 1 kg – chopped Tomatoes
• 2 tbsps – ginger, finely minced
• 2 large capsicum, chopped
• 4 large onions, finely chopped
• 6 Cloves garlic, crushed
• 1/2 tsp – each chilli powder, salt and 1 tsp. Sugar
Method:
- Fry the ginger, capsicum, onion and garlic.
- Cover and cook till onions are transparent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and sugar.
- Cook till tomatoes are pulpy and sauce is thick. Sieve.
- Boil spaghetti in salted water till just tender.
- Drain and add spaghetti to tomato sauce.
- Add the boiled green peas.
- Fold in the ground cheese. Serve hot.
