Ingredients:

• A packet – Vermicelli
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Ghee
• Cashewnuts and Raisins – Add according to taste
• 1 carton of Milk

Method:

  1. Fry the vermicelli in ghee till it turns a beautiful brown and keep it aside.
  2. Empty the contents of the condensed milk into a vessel and dilute it according to the number of servings that you want.
  3. Add the milk and let it boil.
  4. Once it starts to boil, add the vermicelli and keep stirring till it is cooked.
  5. You could roast a few cashews and raisins and add it to the cooked kheer.
