
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Sprouted black eyed peas
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• 1- Onion (big and chopped)
• 2- Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (chopped)
• 2- Garlic Cloves (crushed)
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Grind the sprouted black eyes peas, fennel seeds with salt into a coarse paste. Then add the chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, garlic cloves, rice flour, curry leaves, to it and mix well.
- Meanwhile heat oil for Deep frying. Once the oil is hot, gently sprinkle or drop the batter into the oil as pakodas.
- Cook the pakodas until a golden brown. Drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
