Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Wheat flour
• Salt (depending upon taste)
• 1 packet – Shredded Paneer
• 3-4 chopped Green chillies
• 5-6 – Chopped Coriander leaves
• Water
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Amchur powder
• few tsps – Vegetable oil
• Butter – According to taste
Method:
- Pre-preparation: Sieve wheat flour with salt. Add water in it and mix it very well. Make a smooth dough.
- For filling:
- Shred paneer.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Method:
- Make small rolls of dough.
- Roll it like a chapatti, put some paneer mixture in it and fold it towards the centre till the edges meet.
- Seal the edges by pressing the chapatti.
- Now again roll it like a chapatti (around 8 inches in diameter).
- Pre-heat tawa on high flame.
- Apply some oil on tawa and put the paneer paratha.
- Cook it on both the sides with oil at medium-high flame.
- Apply some butter before serving.
- Serve it hot with green chutney and tea.
