Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Wheat flour
• Salt (depending upon taste)
• 1 packet – Shredded Paneer
• 3-4 chopped Green chillies
• 5-6 – Chopped Coriander leaves
• Water
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Amchur powder
• few tsps – Vegetable oil
• Butter – According to taste

Method:

  1. Pre-preparation: Sieve wheat flour with salt. Add water in it and mix it very well. Make a smooth dough.
  2. For filling:
  3. Shred paneer.
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  5. Method:
  6. Make small rolls of dough.
  7. Roll it like a chapatti, put some paneer mixture in it and fold it towards the centre till the edges meet.
  8. Seal the edges by pressing the chapatti.
  9. Now again roll it like a chapatti (around 8 inches in diameter).
  10. Pre-heat tawa on high flame.
  11. Apply some oil on tawa and put the paneer paratha.
  12. Cook it on both the sides with oil at medium-high flame.
  13. Apply some butter before serving.
  14. Serve it hot with green chutney and tea.
