Ingredients:
• 1kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• A pinch – red food colouring
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Wash the chicken and marinate it with the ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, vinegar, and food colouring for 2 to 3 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan till smoky.
- Dust the chicken pieces with the corn flour and deep fry a few pieces at a time till crispy.
- Serve hot with onion rings and chips.
