Ingredients:

• 125 g – regular or spreadable Cream cheese, softened
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) – green onion, chopped
• 4 – eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and coarsely chopped
• 1, 106 g (3.5 oz) can – salmon, drained
• To taste – salt and pepper
• 4 – bagels, cut in half
• Lettuce leaves

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and onion. Stir in eggs and salmon.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread filling on bagel halves.
  4. Garnish with lettuce. Serve immediately.
