
Ingredients:
• To Marinate:
• 1 cup – Extra firm Tofu cubes
• 1 tsp – Dark soya sauce
• 1/4 cup – Corn flour
• Salt (if needed)
• Water
• Oil for Deep Frying
• For Manchurian:
• 1 cup – Red and Green bell peppers (chopped)
• 1 – Onion, Chopped
• 3 – Garlic Cloves (minced)
• 1 tsp – Light soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Green chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp – White Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Sesame Oil
• 1 tbsp – Garlic chives or green Onions (chopped)
• Salt (if needed)
Method:
- Mix everything all the ingredients except the oil under the list to marinate.
- Keep aside for an hour and Deep Fried the marinated tofu cubes until they turn brown.
- Heat the sesame oil and add the chopped onion with minced garlic cloves. Stir for a few minutes.
- Add the bell peppers with light soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and white vinegar.
- Toss everything for a few minutes or until the oil get separated. Add salt if needed.
- Add the deep fried tofus and mix well.
- Finally add the garlic, chives pieces and green onions and serve.
