
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup Ghee
• Cardamom – 2
Method:
- Fry urad dal in a non-stick pan till it turns light brown.
- Let it cool. Grind it to fine powder along with cardamom and mix sugar.
- Heat ghee and add it to the urad dal.
- Mix it and make small balls of laddoo.
