Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup Ghee
• Cardamom – 2

Method:

  1. Fry urad dal in a non-stick pan till it turns light brown.
  2. Let it cool. Grind it to fine powder along with cardamom and mix sugar.
  3. Heat ghee and add it to the urad dal.
  4. Mix it and make small balls of laddoo.
