Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Dry Coconut flakes
• 1 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan, melt the sugar with ghee in medium high flame.
  2. Within a few minutes the sugar will turn a light brown thick syrup.
  3. Then add the sliced nuts, poppy seeds, dry coconut flakes, cardamom powder, and mix everything well.
  4. Pour this mixture in a greased plate, flatten the mixture quickly with a rolling pin, let it sit for few seconds and slice them as you desire.
  5. Store them in an air tightened box.
