Ingredients:
• 3 – cucumbers, peeled and sliced
• 250 g – shredded Cabbage
• 4 – red radishes shredded
• 2 – medium capsicum, seeded and shredded
• salt to taste
• For the sauce:
• 4 tbsps – powdered Sugar
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 3 tbsps – Vinegar
Method:
- Heat 3 tbsps. of oil and fry the vegetables till almost tender.
- Mix in the sauce ingredients and remove from fire.
- Chill before serving.
