
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat rava
• 1/4 cup – Urad Dal
• salt
Method:
- Soak wheat rava and urad dal separately for 3 hours.
- Grind urad dal and then add wheat rava and salt and grind for 2 mins.
- Keep it for 4 hours.
- Make idly in idly mould.
