Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Wheat Flour
• 2 cups – Spinach (Palak)
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsps – Curd
• 1 cups – Boiled Mashed Potato
• Salt
• 1 tsp – Sesame Seeds

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a little water to make a dough.
  2. Roll balls of the dough into rotis.
  3. Put it on non-stick tawa.
  4. Pour ghee on both sides and fry till golden yellow.
