Ingredients:
• 250 g – Rice
• 100 ml – Milk
• 10 g – Cardamom powder
• 5 g – Cinnamon sticks
• 25 g – Cashew nuts
• 15 g – Raisins
• 10 g – Ghee
• 15 g – khoya
Method:
- Mix water and milk in equal measure.
- Soak rice in this mixture for two hours.
- Add cardamom, cinnamon and ghee.
- Cook rice till water and milk are absorbed.
- Sprinkle khoya, cashew nuts and raisins.
- Smear ghee. Serve hot.
