
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 1 cup – coconut, grated
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 15-20 – Raisin
• 10-15 – cashew (optional)
• 8-10 – almonds, sliced
• 2 cups – warm Milk
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the grated coconut and sugar and keep it aside.
- In a non-stick kadai, pour the ghee and roast rawa on medium flame till golden brown.
- Then, add the coconut sugar mixture to it and mix well.
- Keep stirring continuously for 5 mins.
- Then add the warm milk, cardamom powder, and all the nuts.
- Mix them all well till they are almost dry.
- Garnish with some cashews and almond slivers.
