
Ingredients:
• 2.5 cup – Chicken pieces
• 2 – eggs
• 1 – spring onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
Method:
- Boil the chicken pieces along with salt and pepper powder and enough water.
- Slightly beat the eggs.
- Add the chopped onions to the beaten eggs and stir well.
- Pour the egg mixture slowly into the boiling stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Let it boil for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
