Ingredients:
• 6 – Egg
• 4 – Onions
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• Small piece – Ginger
• 5 – finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – coriander and Cumin seed powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 – medium size Tomatoes
• Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil eggs, remove the shell and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste. Fry onions till it turns brown
- Add tomatoes and fry it properly
- Slit the boiled eggs and put them in the pan
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin powder and salt on the eggs
- Stir it, cover the pan and let it cook for 15 mins
- Remove the lid and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
