Ingredients:

• 6 – Eggs, boiled
• 4 – Potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 1 tbsp – Coriander/Dhania for grinding
• 1 piece – Turmeric for grinding
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera/Cumin seeds for grinding
• 4 – Chillies, red, dry for grinding
• 4 flakes – Garlic for slicing
• 1-inch – Ginger for slicing
• 3 – Chillies, green for slicing
• 2 tbsp – Ghee for seasoning
• 1 – Onion for slicing

Method:

  1. Cut the boiled eggs and potatoes into halves.
  2. Then prepare the sliced masala and the ground masala and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute the sliced onion and the sliced masala until brown.
  4. Now add the water, salt and vinegar to taste.
  5. Boil until the onions are tender, then add the ground masala and boil well.
  6. Then add the eggs and potato pieces and boil for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or chapathis.
