Ingredients:

• 500 g – boneless Chicken
• 400 ml – Coconut Milk
• 20 – baby Onions
• 6 – Green chillies
• A few – Curry leaves
• A few – Mustard Seeds
• Salt to taste
• A few – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed pan, fry chicken till it becomes tender. Keep aside.
  3. In the remaining oil, fry baby onions and green chillies.
  4. When onions and chillies turn soft, remove from the pan.
  5. Then, grind it in a mixer.
  6. In the same pan, pour some more oil and put some mustard seeds.
  7. When it starts popping, add some curry leaves.
  8. After that add chicken and the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Mix it well, add coconut milk.
  10. Cook on low flame.
  11. When chicken curry is done, garnish with coriander leaves.
