Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• Slices of bread cut into 5 cm (2 inch) fingers
• 1 green chilli, finely sliced
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1-2 tbsp – Milk
• 1 onion, finely sliced
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Beat the eggs well, then add the milk, onion and chilli. Blend well and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil. Dip each bread finger into the egg mixture and fry in the hot oil till golden brown on both sides. Drain well and serve immediately.
