Ingredients:

• 500 g – Wheat flour
• 100 g – Plain flour/maida
• 1 tsp – Soda bicarbonate
• 1/2 liter – Curds/plain yogurt
• 100 g – Porridge Oats
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 3 tbsp – Sugar.

Method:

  1. Knead all the ingredients to a soft dough.
  2. Add a little milk in case the dough is too stiff.
  3. Place in 2 greased baking tins and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
