Ingredients:
• Black dal – 1/2 cup
• Rajma – 1/2 cup
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Onion – 1 medium.
• Tomato – 1 medium
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1/4 cup
• Butter – 1/2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash and soak dal for an hour.
- Pressure cook the dal with salt and turmeric.
- Cook for 1 whistle and switch off the flame, do not open.
- Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.
- Put all the other ingredients into dal and boil till dal becomes soft and mix well.
- Before serving garnish with a little butter and coriander leaves.
