
Ingredients:
• Baby Potato: 10-12 ( boiled and half)
• Tomatoes: 2 large( pureed)
• Garlic: 1tbsp( finely chopped)
• Green chilli: 2 pcs( slit in middle)
• Cumin seed: 1 tsp
• Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
• Kitchen king masala: 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder: 1/3 tsp( 1/4 if dont want to make too spicy)
• Garam masala: less then 1/4
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves: few springs
• Oil to cook
Method:
- Heat oil in pan/kadai and fry potatoes for 2 mins. Take out and keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan/kadai and add cumin seed, when it start spluttering then add garlic and green chilli. Fry or few sec.
- Add the pureed tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins on medium heat.
- Add the dry masala and salt and cook till oil starts separating or the raw smell leaves.
- Add the fried potatoes and mix well so that potatoes are well coated with the masala.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
