Ingredients:

• 1 tsp – Oil
• 50 gms – Tomato
• 1/2 – Onion
• 50 gms – Mushroom
• 50 gms – Cauliflower
• 25 gms each – Red and yellow bell pepper
• 50 gms – Capsicums
• 2 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper
• Tabasco to taste
• Salt to taste
• 500 ml – Water

Method:

  1. Add 1 tsp oil in a vessel.
  2. Roast onions till they turn brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Then, add chopped tomatoes. Add 500 ml of water.
  5. Strain the mixture.
  6. In this float mushroom, cauliflower, red and yellow pepper, capsicum.
  7. Boil it for 2 mins.
  8. Add salt, pepper, Tabasco and lime juice and serve hot.
