Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Idli batter
• 1/2 cup – Any leftover masalas
• A few drops of oil.

Method:

  1. Grease a bowl and pour the idli batter up to half the bowl.
  2. Then add a tablespoon of the masala and pour the idli batter again.
  3. Cover the masala, cook in microwave for 5 minutes on high.
  4. Now insert a toothpick to check whether the idli is well cooked, if it comes out clean, the idli is perfectly cooked.
