Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Semolina.
• 1 cup – Plain Flour (maida)
• 1 cup – Frozen Vegetables (onion, beans, peas)
• 1 – Onion finely cut.
• 3 – Green chillies, finely chopped.
• Salt to taste.
• 2 tsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds to season.

Method:

  1. Take the flour and semolina. Form a batter just like dosa. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and season it with mustard seeds spluttered in oil.
  3. Make the omelettes on the tawa, making a round shape like uthappam, pouring a little oil so that both sides get cooked.
  4. Remove from tawa when golden. Serve with tomato sauce or pickle.
