Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Semolina.
• 1 cup – Plain Flour (maida)
• 1 cup – Frozen Vegetables (onion, beans, peas)
• 1 – Onion finely cut.
• 3 – Green chillies, finely chopped.
• Salt to taste.
• 2 tsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds to season.
Method:
- Take the flour and semolina. Form a batter just like dosa. Keep it aside for half an hour.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and season it with mustard seeds spluttered in oil.
- Make the omelettes on the tawa, making a round shape like uthappam, pouring a little oil so that both sides get cooked.
- Remove from tawa when golden. Serve with tomato sauce or pickle.
