
Ingredients:
• 3-4 tbsp – extra virgin Olive oil
• 2 – Cloves garlic, minced
• 1.5 cups – fine breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsp – unsalted butter, melted and kept warm
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Celery
• 5.5 tbsp – Parmesan cheese
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• 500 g – spaghetti, boiled in salted water and drained
Method:
- In a saucepan, warm the oil on medium heat, add the garlic and breadcrumbs.
- Saute until the mixture is golden in colour.
- In a large bowl melt the butter, celery, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Add the spaghetti.
- Toss and mix well. Serve immediately.
