
Ingredients:
• 15 oz. – Ricotta cheese
• 14 oz. – condensed Milk
• 16 oz. – heavy Cream
• 1/4 cup – ground nuts
• 1 tbsp – elaichi powder
• Saffron threads to taste
Method:
- Mix all above till smooth.
- Pour in Kulfi containers or tall plastic glasses with lids and freeze till set.
