Ingredients:

• 6 slices – any good fleshy fish
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt
• 1 tsp – chillies powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – lime/ Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Marinate the fish with the salt, chillies powder and turmeric powder for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a suitable pan and shallow fry the fish till done.
  3. Sprinkle the lime/ lemon juice over the cooked fish, while still hot.
  4. Serve with steamed rice or bread.
