Ingredients:

• 3 – Green chillies
• Jaggery to taste
• salt to taste
• Tamarind pulp as required

Method:

  1. Prepare a little pulp of the tamarind and remove the fibres.
  2. Add jaggery and salt to taste.
  3. Crush in the green chillies.
  4. Prepare the chutney with a little water.
