
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – shelled, deveined raw Prawns
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 5 – Shallots
• 1/4 inch – piece Ginger
• 3-4 leaves – Curry leaves
• 2 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 or 2 – Green chillies
• 1/8th tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt, to taste
Method:
- Coarsely grind all the ingredients together in a grinder till well blended. Wet your palms and take a small portion from the mixture and make cutlets.
- Shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown on either side.
- Serve hot.
