Ingredients:
• 500 g – fresh water fish, cut into thin slices
• Banana leaves
• 25 g – Mustard Seeds
• 6 – Green chillies
• 1/4 – Coconut
• salt and chilli powder to taste
• 1 tbsps – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Grind coconut, mustard and chillies to a paste.
- Mix with all the spices and oil and rub on the fish slices nicely.
- Wrap each slice of fish nicely in banana leaf and steam for 10 mins on one side, then turn over and steam for another 10 mins.
