Ingredients:

• 2 – medium Onions (chopped)
• 1 – Capsicum (cut into medium size pieces)
• 1/2 cup – peas
• 1/2 cup – beans (cut finely)
• 2 – Tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 cup – Cauliflower florets
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a suitable pan and saute the onions, ginger and garlic till light brown.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
  3. Cook covered on medium heat till the vegetables are cooked.
  4. Stir in a teaspoon of butter.
