Ingredients:

• 100 g – Potatoes
• 100 g – Brinjals
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt

Method:

  1. Mix all the masalas without using water
  2. Cut potatoes and brinjal into round pieces
  3. Add oil in the non-stick pan
  4. Dip the vegetables in the dry masala mix
  5. Toast it on the pan
  6. Serve with roti
