
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Potatoes
• 100 g – Brinjals
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
Method:
- Mix all the masalas without using water
- Cut potatoes and brinjal into round pieces
- Add oil in the non-stick pan
- Dip the vegetables in the dry masala mix
- Toast it on the pan
- Serve with roti
