Ingredients:

• 250 g – Powdered Sugar
• 100 g – Ground Almonds
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 2 – Egg whites

Method:

  1. Beat the egg whites till stiff.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, ground almonds, rice flour and mix well.
  3. Using a tsp, place blobs of the batter 2 inches apart on a greased tray and bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
