Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fish, cut into small pieces.
• 200g – shrimps
• 300g – chopped Carrots, Beans, Capsicums
• 1 whole Garlic – peeled and chopped
• 1/2 tsp – garlic-green chilli paste
• 4 – finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves and Rosemary leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – pepper powder
• 100-150 g – cheese
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – yellow mustard powder
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160 degree.
- Wash the fish pieces and the shrimps. Pat dry and marinate with mustard powder, some salt, pepper, rosemary, green chillies and chopped garlic.
- Heat 1 tsp of butter in a non-stick pan and saute the marinated fish and shrimps and keep aside.
- Saute all the vegetables in the same pan for 5 minutes and keep aside.
- Take a greased baking dish, add in everything.
- Cover it with grated cheese and coriander leaves.
- Bake it for 25 minutes in the oven at 160 degree C.
- Serve it as side dish with rice or can be had as it is.
