Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – fish, cut into small pieces.
• 200g – shrimps
• 300g – chopped Carrots, Beans, Capsicums
• 1 whole Garlic – peeled and chopped
• 1/2 tsp – garlic-green chilli paste
• 4 – finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves and Rosemary leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – pepper powder
• 100-150 g – cheese
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – yellow mustard powder

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degree.
  2. Wash the fish pieces and the shrimps. Pat dry and marinate with mustard powder, some salt, pepper, rosemary, green chillies and chopped garlic.
  3. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a non-stick pan and saute the marinated fish and shrimps and keep aside.
  4. Saute all the vegetables in the same pan for 5 minutes and keep aside.
  5. Take a greased baking dish, add in everything.
  6. Cover it with grated cheese and coriander leaves.
  7. Bake it for 25 minutes in the oven at 160 degree C.
  8. Serve it as side dish with rice or can be had as it is.
