Ingredients:

• 2 small packets – Marie biscuits (approx 20-25)
• 1 cup – coarsely crushed Cashewnuts
• 1 tbsp – powdered Almonds
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – softened Butter
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 tsp – rose water

Method:

  1. Mix together sugar, cocoa powder and butter in a heavy pan. Heat till well dissolved, stirring gently.
  2. Take off fire, mix in all ingredients and blend gently with spatula.
  3. Pour into a shallow tray, set and cool a bit.
  4. Mark out incisions and cut into pieces.
  5. Cool and store in an airtight container lined with butter paper.
