Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Paneer
• 1/2 cup- Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – Onions
• 1/2 cup – Tomatoes
• A pinch of Ajinomoto
• Salt and Red Chilli powder to taste
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Saute the veggies.
  3. Add ajinomoto, salt, and chilli powder to it.
  4. When brown, add the paneer and coriander leaves.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with chapatis.
