
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1- onion, cubed
• 6- Garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 inch -ginger, chopped
• 1 packet (65 g) – Maggi ayam madu
• 500 g – Chicken pieces, medium size
• 75 ml (3/4 cup)- water
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Wash and clean chicken pieces. Drain out water thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cubed onion and fry on a low to medium heat till pink colour.
- Add chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add Maggi Ayam Madu and saute well for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces, water, salt and pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover with a tight lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 30 – 40 minutes or until done / chicken pieces softens / gravy thickens. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice / fried rice / noodles.
