Ingredients:

• 1kg – Chicken
• 200 g – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• Ginger and Garlic -2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice and Mint leaves.

Method:

  1. Mix the curd, cream and turmeric and make a fine paste.
  2. Add finely chopped pudina, ginger and garlic and mix well.
  3. Now smear the paste on the chicken pieces and let it marinate for an hour.
  4. Microwave for 10 mins and serve after sprinkling with lemon juice.
