Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 – Cardamom
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Grind to a paste: 2-3 tbsp – Curd
• 2 tsp – Coriander leaves
• 2 – medium-sized Onions
• 1 – Egg (optional)
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Chicken masala
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients listed for grinding and prepare a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai, add the cloves and cardamom. Saute well.
  3. Add the paste. Cook until the raw smell disappears and the oil floats on the top.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until done.
