Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 – Cardamom
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Grind to a paste: 2-3 tbsp – Curd
• 2 tsp – Coriander leaves
• 2 – medium-sized Onions
• 1 – Egg (optional)
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Chicken masala
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients listed for grinding and prepare a paste.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add the cloves and cardamom. Saute well.
- Add the paste. Cook until the raw smell disappears and the oil floats on the top.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until done.
