Ingredients:
• 1kg – Chicken
• For dry masala:
• 4 – peppercorns
• 2 – Cloves
• 1 – elaichi
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• For wet masala:
• 1 – medium-sized Onion
• 1″ – Ginger
• 4 – Garlic
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 bunch – coriander / (kothimbir) leaves
Method:
- Wash the 1kg chicken.
- Marinate for 2 hours with the dry and wet masalas.
- Put it in an oil-greased dish and cook for 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave.
