Ingredients:
• 700 g chicken, cut into small pieces
• 18-20 French beans, cut into 1.5 ” pieces
• 2 – medium carrots, cut into 1.5 ” pieces
• 2 stalks – celery, chopped fine
• 2 – capsicums, chopped fine
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 2 level tbsp – Maida
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – salt
• 4 tbsp – grated cheese
Method:
- In a casserole, mix together chicken, carrots, celery and French beans. Add 2-3 tbsp water and cover.
- Microwave on high covered for 5 mins
- Mix maida with milk so that no lumps remain. Add to chicken.
- Add pepper, mustard, salt and capsicums. Mix well.
- Microwave on high covered for 4 mins
- Stir once after 2 min, otherwise the maida tends to settle down.
- Add grated cheese. Mix well.
- Microwave on high covered for 3 mins Let it stand for 1-2 mins
- Mix and serve garnished with parsley or coriander.
