Ingredients:
• 1 medium muskmelon
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 2 cups crushed ice
• 1 cup milk/cream/water as desired
• 2 tbsp vanilla ice Cream
Method:
- Halve melon and remove seeds but retain inner juice, if any, by straining.
- Peel and finely chop one cup melon.
- Chop remaining into big pieces and place in electric blender.
- Add sugar, ice cream, milk/cream/water and ice depending on whether you want juice or shake.
- Blend till smooth and frothy.I|Serve immediately, putting a tsp of chopped melon in each serving.
- Top with more ice cream if desired.
