Ingredients:
• 1 cup – melted semi-sweet chocolate
• 4 – Egg whites
• 1 cup – Sugar
• pinch of Cream of tartar
• vanilla essence
Method:
- Add the egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla essence and sugar in a cold bowl and beat at high speed.
- Once it becomes thick, spoon it on a cookie sheet and bake it at 350 degrees C in the oven. It should take 15 minutes to cook.
- Once cooked, remove it from the oven and cool it.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave and keep it ready.
- Dip the macaroons in the chocolate, make sure all the sides are equally coated by chocolate and keep it in a cookie sheet.
- Once dried, repeat the procedure and chocolate macaroons are ready to be served.
