Ingredients:

• Coconut, grated – 1 cup
• Sugar – 10 tbsp
• Instant coarse Rice beverage – 60 g
• Dry fruits – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add one cup of milk and mix again.
  2. Put the bowl in microwave oven for 7 mins, take out and mix well.
  3. Again microwave for 8 mins.
  4. Take out and spread in a greased dish evenly.
  5. Cool and serve
