Ingredients:
• 500 gm – Coriander leaves
• 50 gm – Spinach leaves
• 1 tsp – roasted sesame
• 1 tbsp – grated fresh Coconut
• 1 tbsp – roasted Khus Khus
• 100 gm – besan flour
• Salt – as per taste
• 100 gm – bread crumbs
• Oil -2 tbsp
Method:
- Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs. Heat oil in the pan. Make finger shaped rolls of the coriander mixture.
- Roll it over the bread crumbs and deep fry it.
- Enjoy with chutney or ketchup.
