Ingredients:

• 500 gm – Coriander leaves
• 50 gm – Spinach leaves
• 1 tsp – roasted sesame
• 1 tbsp – grated fresh Coconut
• 1 tbsp – roasted Khus Khus
• 100 gm – besan flour
• Salt – as per taste
• 100 gm – bread crumbs
• Oil -2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs. Heat oil in the pan. Make finger shaped rolls of the coriander mixture.
  2. Roll it over the bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  3. Enjoy with chutney or ketchup.
