
Ingredients:
• 4 cups Corn
• 4 cups plain flour
• 4 cups grated cheese
• 2 cups Curd
• 1 tsp cooking soda
• 20 Green chillies and 2 inch piece Ginger (grind to a paste)
• juice of 4 Lemons (small)
• 6 tsp Sugar
• 3 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 2 cups water
• oil for deep frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the corn till tender.
- Mix it with all the remaining ingredients, except the oil.
- Add enough water to make a slightly thick batter.
- Deep fry big chunks of the batter in hot oil on a medium flame.
- When the chunks are cool break each into 2 or 3 pieces.
- Deep fry these once again in hot oil on a medium flame just before serving.
