Ingredients:
• 200 g sour Cream
• 1/2 medium-sized green Capsicum
• 4-5 Spring onions (should not have very strong Onion taste)
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• salt as per taste
• 4-5 dashes of Tabasco sauce
Method:
- Finely chop spring onions and capsicum.
- Take out the sour cream in a bowl.
- Add chopped onions and capsicum to it.
- Add salt, chilli flakes and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
- Check and adjust to taste.
- This goes very well with salted potato chips.
